I have damaged my wrist walking my very strong, very pully dog. The doc has recommended ibuprofen gel but told me it will need physio. Just wondered if anyone can recommend a good physio. I live in Mitte but would be willing to travel elsewhere for treatment.

I would also be interested in a good physio as I have a weak ankle which tends to start creaking and groaning every now and again and I really could do with some treatment.

You should try dog training classes so your dog doesn't pull otherwise you will just end up with two bad wrists!!
