Well, day 1 is the surgery and you should rest your eyes afterwards. No reading or computers. I made the mistake of driving into work the next morning, but did not get very far. Combination of strong summer sunshine and not following the post-op advice of using the prescribed eyedrops was too much for my usually sensitive eyes. I would suggest you keep it easy on day two and wear sunglasses. After that you should be back to normal. Your doctor will be the best person to advise you, but that is my experience.
